To install Minitab, follow the steps below. To renew an existing installation that has reached or is close to reaching its expiration date, see Renewing desktop licenses on page 16. Designate authorized users of multi-user desktop licensing web pages (optional). Determine installation configuration.   

To determine if you have the latest desktop version of Minitab Statistical Software: Open the desktop app. Choose Help > About Minitab. Verify the product version in the dialog box. To see if you have the latest available version, go to www.minitab.com/support/minitab/minitab-software-updates
